No matter where in the world you are, don't hesitate to order our products !

Free shipping for orders over €100.

Applicable to all orders deliverable in metropolitan France and for orders from 100€ including VAT.

The packages are often dispatched within 2 days after collection of payment. They are shipped via letter / parcel with a tracking number and will be drop-off without signature.

Those time periods are indicative and are subject to change, especially in period of high demand. 

The shipping fees include the preparation and packing fees, as well as the shipping costs. The boxes dimensions are appropriate and your items are well protected.

We advise you to gather all your items in one order. We can't regroup two orders placed separately and the shipping fees will be charged to each one of them. 

Returns &refund conditions

The buyer has right of withdrawal within 14 days clear as from the recpetion of the order.

The return fees are the the responsibility of the client.

The product(s) have to be returned : 

- In their original packaging, 

- Unaltered (unworn, unwashed, and unstained), with their original label intact.

Any product not respecting these standards will not be exchanged, nor refunded. In the event of loss or deterioration of the returned packaged, Curiosity Lab SARL will not proceed to the order's refund and the customer will have to contact his carrier directly in order to file a declaration.

The refund will be made by the mean of payment used when completing the order within 14 days after reception of the return.
